Why would someone want to bypass and alter the system it was designed /built to deliver. Surely it then becomes unfit for the purpose it was designed for and the guarantee should be null and void.
I have had two units from Sean which have been excellent with no hardware problems and a few glitches which have been solved by Sean/Coolcat asap.
My Android unit is excellent and very good value for the money.
Long may they continue to give us their excellent service and products.

I totally agree, there is no need mess with the operating system full stop. Even if you know what your doing a simple error can brick the device..

ah see, rooting is a good thing if you know what your doing, I regularly root my phones to delete bloat ware unwanted installed apps, not only does it free up space and speed the phone up it also increases battery life, so it is worth it.

There are more legitimate reasons to root than illegal. Android is and always has been an open source operating system. It is the manufacturers of the hardware that it is installed on that tend to lock it down so that they can keep the integrity of their devices intact.

Exactly Sean! I have a customer who said to me each time I went to do the job, the windows were terrible after you left last time. I said to her, you should have rung me the next day at the latest, so I can come and check and see if it's my workmanship,or the equipment at fault. It's no good telling me six or seven weeks later I'm powerless to rectify the problem then. Her excuse was she didn't have my number, I told her it was on the slip I put through the door, gave her a cars with my numbers on,,still the same thing. If you are not made aware of a problem, how can you be expected to rectify it?
