Thank you Graham for remembering Tam. A sad loss to all of those who knew and loved him. Back in the day of my first Lakes National Meet, I met Tam who had very kindly brought a complete set of headlight washers with the pump and a spare. It was also at the meet that I met Flyer, pab and Stocktake for the first time. All different characters.

This club, it’s not just about the cars it’s also about the people and the members. We remember those no longer here.

Try not to be too sad, Tam was a jolly man, let’s recall his good times.

Once known never forgotten, RIP Tam a lovely man I remember of him for a short time.

Doesn't seem like that long ago that I flew to Edinburgh to buy my ZT from him


Chatted quite a lot on here and when I met him he was a really nice chap. I had a long drive back down to Norfolk so the plan was to grab the keys and get on my way but ended up chatting to him for most of the day!

Remember the news being a bit of a shock at the time.
