Morning Phil, that looks like a proper strong bit of reclaimed kit for the bridge.

We are pressing on in building the footbridge which will give us a more direct route from our car port. The build has been made up of reused fence railings and reclaimed steel plates. Thursday the stones are coming for the steps and paving. On Friday, the welder and stone mason are coming to finish the works off. Today is a bank holiday called “Labour Day”

Forecast today is 22C and 50% chance of rain

Looking good Phil.

Good morning Ian, the plates are non slip and strong. Jessica wanted another entrance into the house, that did not take visitors through the staff quarters and the back of our house and they won’t see the outside “Long Drop Toilet” and veg patch

Good morning to - bridge builders, great grandads, the one with the long lens (!) and everyone else who is up and about this fine, sunny, but cool morning
I hope you all said "white rabbits" before you spoke to anyone this morning?
Missus has gone to market with her sister, so I get a few hours to myself.
I could start washing the caravan; I could think about cutting the grass; I could think about changing the oil on my son's go-kart - and I could also sit around in the sun and do nowt - any recommendations from the LCOZ inhabitants?

Afternoon. I've got my nurse's uniform on. Because Ging didn't really feel any adverse effects of the smack on the head on Saturday she carried on as normal and its caught up with her, delayed concussion. She's been advised to rest so she's in bed catching up on her Philippine TV soaps.
