Got to agree with many comments on here! I've seen how little a friend earned or rather didn't earn trying a job like this.

Serious suggestion - maybe you need to try to recruit in the places where people are looking for work like this ie the social network sites.

Not aimed at this post but there are too many jobs offered where the 'ideal' candidate requires more skills than superman or wonderwoman then work impossible long hours for peanuts.

I can understand where you are coming from, however this is not one of them jobs, I only have the intestion of them working 5 hours a day 5 days a week and still being able to take home 40k+. Im not a greedy man like the other big companys, I share it down the middle, so if I am earning good money the employee is earning good money. So if they are not nor am I, I would do everything to make sure they are looked after, such as paid holidays, travle and hotels ect.

I believe in keep employees happy as I know what its like to earn 100k+ for a sales company in one month and only take home pennys for my troubles. I want to change they way it works.

Well having read the thread, I still don't know what this "free" thing is that you want people to sell for you????

Sorry to be picky but they are not an employee if they are self employed. I wouldn't advise anyone to apply for this type of 'job' whether they are working or not. If you were actually offering a job paying a salary or weekly wage I could understand your rant....but you are not.
Personal opinion of course.

No mention of the product
No mention of training (which you wouldn't be paid for)
Seemingly unrealistic earnings
No job security as self employed therefore have to pay own tax / NI

I am currently looking for work and look at c100 jobs a day but see so many 'self employed' or zero hours contracts and just skip straight past them.

If the £40K P.A. is achieved so easily, why not offer a £20K basic and halve the Commission?

That way, you would no doubt get a lot of applications and would no doubt be able to pick from some good candidates!

That seems a very good suggestion and would certainly guarantee applicants.
