Default MG ZT Tourer

looking for the above, I'm really on only after a mint example and they are very hard to come by.

So please don't offer me anything that does not meet "excellent condition"

Money waiting for the right one :-)

Anyone got one or know of a really good MG for sale?

Always inportant, must be a CDTI.

keep looking the good ones come up every so often, you need to watch placed like piston heads and the forum

sadly your looking for the same car everyone wants. Took me quite a few months to find what you are looking for but even then had to throw a lot of money at it.

good luck

Hi

Stux99 is selling a very tidy ZT-T.I`ve seen it at several meets and it`s definately worth a look. Have a look in the Cars For Sale section.

Cheers,

unfortunately it's to pricey due to little history and no clutch change to date.

If three grand is too expensive for the reaons you state (relatively minor) then what would you be willing to pay for something that has? As it'd be damn sight more!

No need to have a poke chap I was just commenting on my reasons. I have seen examples the same/better with a fsh and a clutch change for around 3k. One of those exmaples sold on here only a few weeks ago.

If it had a clutch renewal I would be interested but it hasn't which means it would be due. So why would I pay 3k for a car that may need a 1k clutch change? I would rather go and buy a ZT with half the mileage for 4k if you see my point?

Please prove me wrong but I feel you'll struggle, I went to see 15 ZT-T's of which only 4 were diesels. To date all I have phoned about or seen have had inter galactic mileage or been plainly abused.

Yes you'll see them advertised around £2000 but they are very few and far between and in my experience when you get there not worth the journey. I have come to realise one mans idea of good condition can be VERY VERY different to anothers and photo's do LIE trust me.

Be prepared to pay £3000 £3500 if you find a tidy one with low mileage a tad more imho will get you something fantastic. Which will last and do the miles. Long term investments don't come cheap but worth the extra exspense if you plan on a long term partnership.

You are looking for the hardest to find...I know I've been there but it was worth the wait.
