That sounds like a job for one of the kids! Ok, I'll add that to my ever growing list of jobs. You can bet I'll miss a hole and pour it all down myself, but I'll give it a go. Would you recommend its best to cover the bush at the end of the arm during shot blasting and painting, or not worth the effort? I remember years ago someone on a bike forum had his wheels shot blasted before repainting, unfortunately the shot blasting made the hole for the bearings too big and the wheel was scrap!

The bushes will be fine Derrick, as I say I've not bothered with the last couple and they were fine

I would be interested to see what the outside diameter of these bushes are, any chance of measuring one with a vernier?

I'll ask Scott to measure them up - but I know our current calipers are only accurate to 0.1mm; the fancy ones suffered an untimely death due to some unfortunately placed heavy boxes...
