If my wife wasn't working (nurse) I'd have the night from hell, Strictly immediately followed by X Factor. Sky+ then she can watch them some time when I don't have to!

I always feel that winter is on the way when the X factor and Strictly appear on our screens.
 We cannot stand the X factor - tho I do find the crazies who think they can sing funny.....  But as soon as it gets to the later stages our interest declines to zero. However - SWMBO loves Strictly as she has Dance Medals and actually tells me what they are doing wrong and the Judges then confirm! - it really is quite impressive!! And whilst I can take it or leave it - I do find that as Christmas approaches it becomes a "guilty pleasure" on a cold wet Saturday night with a nice meal and a glass or two of Shiraz. Oh dear........ have I really just admitted to that?  |

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Strictly!!!!!!!!!! And I've watched the X Factor so far and loving it too.....fell away from the x factor for a few years there, hated the format and the judges but I think they have it spot on this year, Simon, Louie and Sharon and Nicole is fantastic too.
Cold, wet, winter Saturday, Strictly, Chinese, life doesn't get much better  well, maybe a handsome sailor to cuddle up with would be the icing on the cake.....although if you guys are anything to go by, he won't like Strictly
