It's a turbo timer so the car will run for a set peroid of time when you pull the keys out and lock the car to let the turbo spool itself down

So today I had some fun traceing a oil leak that has appeared,
intially thinking it was cam oil seal I took the covers off, removed the cam belt and then removed the cam wheels only to find that the oil seals where bone dry, So this Is where the oil appeared to be comeing form what looks like between the head gasket and the block so I cleaned it up as best I could, and then as a temporary fix that only time will tell if it's going to last I have just used RTV sealent all around this side to see if it will stop it, if it dose or if it doesn't I may have to remove the head and possibly replace the gasket but not having time to do that,I am hopeing this will hold out until I can get it done,I also have fitted my turbo timer with the help of eurorover wyn but we have come across an issue, but that's a story for another day |

How long ago was the gasket done? I've witnessed this before, it was due to an area that hadn't been oil free when the gasket was fitted. Resulting in a constant oil leak

When you pull the keys out the ignition the car will idle on the timer and cut out when the timer times out, but the ipk don't like it as you pull the keys out it comes up with the ABS, but when you lock the car it will idle and cut out as it's ment to off the timer but the imobiliser light on the dash will not active unless you press lock agin after the engine has cut out, I have evan tryed enabling bath roab locking and it still makes no difference

So after my drive to work this moreing it seams that I sill have a leak as I have left the cam cover off the side for now so I can keep an eye on it, and there's a small patch of oil allready sitting in the engine mount under the exhaust cam, when I put my finger in it seams also slightly waterey
