Lightbulb

This afternoon I decided to fit the Bulbs I received from ECP for the 'Bulb Tryout' - and what a mission it was too! Never had to replace a Bulb before on the R75 - wish not to for a long time to come aswell!!

Getting to the N/S through the Inspection Hatch was impossible as the Shannon Tube Trumpet was in the way totally, so decided to remove the Fusebox instead, seen here:

Upon removing the Rubber Cover I found a Bulb inside the Headlight, obviously someone had dropped it and just left it there - the Bulb was good, so kept it. Seen here:

Whereas on the O/S things were easier through the Hatch, seen here: (Not sure if that is the Date on the Bulb '12-04', if it is they sure lasted a long time!!!).

Now to fit the New Bulbs, this was actually more difficult through the hatch on the O/S than from above on the N/S. Bulbs:

Now I have 3 spare Bulbs....

All put back, done and dusted!

All in all it wasn't too bad - took about 30 minutes altogether...

I will have to wait until the Sun decides to set before I see what they are like after dark....

To be continued............

Scrapped a cloth interior, transfered my spare 190 engine to a safe location and drove my 75 which rewards me with a wheel bearing grinding away.

Sigh that's tomorrow's work.
