Bleed Nipple sizes
Hello,
I wonder if anyone knows what bleed nipple size , thread type , thread length etc. the calipers on a 51 CDT uses ? 7mm , 8mm, 1mm thread 1.25mm thread? Cheers Paul. |

I seem to remember using the smallest ring spanner in my kit, which is 8mm. As to thread size, I've no idea except they're invariably very slack fitting.

Bleed Nipples
Don't know the direct answer to your question but if you are removing/replacing nipples apply a smear of copper grease to the threads. They commonly sieze in the caliper.
