Default Whitechapel

Did anyone see last night’s repeated showing of the Whitechapel series? I’m certain one of the featured cars was a parked Rover 75. Curiously, the murdered driver had been grotesquely killed and bodily fluids had the nerve to actually soil the lovely leather and wood.

I think his name might have been Laughing Spam (to reflect his new grin). Or it might have been Slasher. I wonder if a member has that car. Is it possibly for sale?

I didn't see the show but I do find myself subconsciously looking for Rover cars when watching TV and when out and about on my travels. With regard to leather I think it is easier to reconcile any decisions that might result from any soiling to consider its original purpose and what has been in contact with it before.

I'm pretty sure Tyrone and Kevin in tonight's (Wednesday's) episode of Coronation Street were eating sausage sandwiches whilst sat on the rear seats taken from a MK2 75... Black leather with Ashstone piping... Maureen Lipman took a sit on it later ...

Years ago I sold my SD1 to Pinewood film studios, it could have turned up anywhere!
