Hopefully Sky will offer something better as I would like to stay with it. I've been with it for a few years now as I've found its customer service to be good and customer service and a proven track record is something that I've come to value a lot more in recent years after chasing cheap deals in the energy sector and experiencing one failed company. Had a close shave with a couple of other failed energy companies too one of which tried to scam me out of several hundred GBP that I had saved for my winter fuel bills. Took almost one year to get that sorted via the ombudsman with the default position being for the energy company to be allowed to keep my money if I did not respond in time to the ombudsman or if for any reason I could not continue with the case.

Do all this cloud retention of data not allow you to download it to a physical storage device?
I find the Small Claims Court far more effective than the Ombudsman system! That is for appointing cronies of those who wield a little power.
