Default Few Photos for ya

As i've mentioned before I have been a photographer for quite a while though primarily i'm still an engineer. I shoot both digital and film with a selection of cameras. Some of my glamour work has been published in national magazines and it'd be nice if that was a regular thing. But hey ho, we try.

On with some pics:
Nissan 350Z, Kelham Island

Sam

Common Darter

Cellarium, Fountains Abbey

My good lady

Thorpe Marsh, Barnby Dun

Lost In The Lakes

And finally a low light affair brings us back to a motoring theme:

Thanks for looking

some interesting photos even with modern cameras not every one has a eye to take photos , the skill to use the camera etc etc and the wisdom of how to frame .

Yeah, I use a 5D, 30D, EOS 3 and an EOS 1000FN. Ive got an old Olympus OM10 and OM30 and a Mamiya RB67.

I dont mind HDR as long as it's done right and for the benefit of the picture. I think its one of them tools people use to 'rescue' an image. You can say the same for Lightroom I suppose, many over do it.

I thought that the Olympus cameras at under £50 might be of interest, or are they just junk?

Ah I see, thanks for the thought. The OM10 I have is a 1979 camera, and although they are pretty good learning tools for students they can be picked up from second hand shops for as little as £10 if you're lucky.
Due to the students demand, old cameras like this can hold their value when paired up with a few lenses and a bag to entice students into blowing their grant money, which is why they can go for anything between £50-£90.

I got mine for about £12 off ebay quite some time ago.

I was wondering which cameras; lenses and filters were used for the shots above, if it’s not too much trouble?

A mixture, is the EXIF not intact?
I use Cokin grads, an ND4 and polarisers.
The wide angle shots were taken on the 30D with Tokina 11-16mm, except the Cooling Towers which were shot through an EF-S 10-22mm. Lakes shot was on a Nikon S500, Sam was shot on 30D with 24-105mm L f4.
My macro set up is now an SX30 IS with Raynox DCR-250.
