Definitely a Chinese part, look at the smooth finish of the plastic, the genuine parts have evidence of the fibreglass in the material, this gives a more textured finish to the finished part.

Yes it’s a Chinese part that we have all fitted and I had it fitted when I got my belts done around 8 months back by a recommended mechanic and filled with oat, I was warming the car up while scraping the ice off the windows and heard a pop and loads of steam, I had the piece that was blown out but didn’t post a photo of it

I'd be inclined to say there was an excessive amount of talc added to the injection moulding plastic mix on that one.
