No sound

My zt came with an extrons double din which I wanted to put in my other car so got a pioneer unit for the zt. But there's now no sound. Powers on fine. It's got Harmon kardon speakers but can't understand why the extrons unit works but not the pioneer

If you have the HK amplifier system, a possibility is that there is no switched output from the Pioneer unit to the HK amplifier - the Purple/Yellow cable from pin 5 of the grey ISO power connector.
