I understand its quite difficult to get the two in/out pipes to seal again when refitting the matrix, how true is this fellas?

Can you still buy a new heater matrix, or is a second hand one the way to go?

Default heater cold

Just a thought does the unit at the side of the radiator on the pass side open to allow water to flow or is it stuck shut.It hides behind the side carpet panel to the right of the passengers foot,easy fix if thats the problem.

Does anyone know the diameter of the heater matrix pipes, what heater hose to order incase I need to sleeve the two joins back together?

Check Rimmers site part no's JED100080 RHunit JED 100090 LH unit on diagram with heater & air con items 3&4 .

The recirculating motors 3 & 4, would I still have air blowing from both sides?

Blooming stupid design this heating system, the drivers side is now blowing cold, its horrid driving with no heat.

You might have an airlock Wes, how is the temperature on the obd? is it steady or fluctuating?
