I am thinking about it but would email him first. He double checked his designs and he does not have mine at all. He did offer to do a custom made job but the part is too valuable to post out. I realise this might seem extreme but an air fare would cost me less than what I paid for the double din set up.

I know what you mean about the value and posting it out, there is no easy solution to the units that the front wont come off, if you make it ask him if you can take a few pics !
