how much oil
Hi all i havent posted anything for a while but could do with a couple of things answering if thats ok! firstly when the car is warm after about 15mins or so when i brake at low speeds or when the the car is doing between 30mph and 0mph there is a loud (ish) clicking noise it only do's it once as soon as i put my foot on the brakes i have checked the pads there is loads of pad left just cant put my finger on what it is anybody out there had a similar problem??
second how much enginge oil do's a cdt engine need as i inteed to service my tourer my self are they straight forward as i have never done one with a paper oil filter before!! thanks alot guys |

this must be to sae 10w-40 or 15w-40, to specification,acea 3 and b3. we use 10w-40. and yes, it is easy to change the oil. the only thing you need which may be different to you, is a socket of 36 mm. best of luck, and let us know how you get on.

thanks for that info am i right in saying that it needs to be fully synthetic wats the best oil to use i usually get comma

The important thing is the ACEA A3 and B3 specs. Fully synthetic or semi-synthetic is your choice. I think most people use semi-synthetic.
