Thumbs up Today's lunch

Something I haven't seen before - a double yoked duck egg! Plenty of double yoked hen's eggs yes, but this is a first for me. By the way, wouldn't dream of buying hen's eggs if duck are available. Much nicer. I'm lucky to have a farm shop nearby which has usually got them. They have goose eggs too when they're in season, usually Feb/March and early summer in the UK. Now there's an omelette for you!

i cant see point of the ready made puds take no time to make your own and mine with duck eggs taste and look great *** it ! rib of beef it is again sunday and all the trimmings ! great in the aga went to h/h meet sunday all done apart from yorkies when i got in !
