Default Rear wheel hub - interchangeability

A strange noise coming from the rear left wheel indicates there is probably the bearing gone (strange as the car has just covered 45k km) .
So far I have found (on Rimmers online catalogue) info about two types (both of them with part no.: RLB100292) with and without ABS sensor ring. As my car is manufactured in 2000 it should be prabably the earlier version, i.e. without the ABS ring. Is it correct? Or is the ring removable, so it is possible to buy also the later version and remove the ring?
Another question - there is a lot of these parts on ebay. However, I suppose most of them are cheap replicas of Far East origin. Does anyone have any experience with them?
Thanks for any advice

The ring is not interchangeable, it is built into the wheel bearing.
Check the rear tyres for uneven wear first, if you are not sure swap the wheels front to back and give it another go on the road.
