Regrading the selection one of the tests requires what's the word qysco technical test what sort of questions are they and also it will questioned on my previous nationality or is the test all in French?

I think you might mean ...psycho technical test google it and it will show you what it is I just did it and got 12 out of 15

Looking at the selection criteria, you only need to be able to read and write in your mother tongue.
I suppose as it is a Foreign Legion, knowledge or ignorance of the French language does not matter.

Well It does..... because they will be giving orders and directions in French only, So you need to understand the language.You do have to learn French and also be able to sing the French National Anthem in French.

The Instructor are not going to be able to shout orders in multiply languages.

Good morning Dave, I spoke to a friend who until recently, was a Major in the British army in education. We discussed the personality tests and interviews over a few drinks. I mentioned you. One of the things that can go against a candidate is if he talks about playing with guns and knives and wants to join the army to gut and kill for the buzz. He did say, he is available to speak with you on the phone about the tests and interviews. He is a nice chap and he is easy going. Positive thoughts 😀

Do the FFL also require a medical test? If so might that lead to finding the problem you experienced before? Just asking that's all...
