As nentioned, i called Sprintex and they still stand by the technology and reckoned any that blew were more to do with incorrect setup and consumer
misuse rather that a faulty system.
I personally believe it was the fuel system that was an issue, in a 190 the standard injectors don't have much head room, which is why it needed more fuel, hence the 7th injector setup. The problem is the 7th injector isn't exactly a great idea for getting fuel to the right cylinder and I remember hearing that one in particular suffered and basically ran lean and melted the pistons.

The correct way to do it would be bigger injectors, but knowing MGR this system was done on a shoestring budget.
