Cool

Proper Autumnal feeling here in Saltash this morning. Damp, slight mist and the sun warming through.

Fireworks go on sale far too soon, kids set them off all over round here. IMO they should be banned from sale to the public, and just kept for organised displays.

Nice made me hungry now. There is a sarnie shop just round the corner, but it’s naff, the sausages are awful ,as is the bacon. There is also a burger van up the road Mon-Fri, that is awful too, so there is nowhere round here I can get a decent bacon butty, apart from Sainsbury’s occasionally have them in the hot food counter. Sausage ones are yuck though.

Turned into a nice dry day so I'm continuing pruning the purple hazel tree to about half it's height.
You can see what's left of the tree over the garage.

brought the old girl back into service for trailer duties to the tip.

Good morning all, packing up house here. Last night I left a Teddy Bear on the wall outside the house too good to throw in the bin and by this morning it had walked. At night everything goes. I think people are too embarrassed to be seen in the daylight helping themselves to pickings. Tonight I am leaving 3 briefcases out which I used for carrying files/drugs and injections in....

This one I found in the loft. I am keeping the frame and tearing up the picture. It was done by a street artist with one eye in St Petersburg in Russia on a work trip. I think it make me look sinister with cold eyes I paid the artist in USD and he was very happy. lol

The discarded Teddy Bear catcher has no doubt been along and collected your Bear. After a bath, food and sleep the bear will find it's way to a new home.

I rather like that picture of you, makes you look very distinguished. A proper Gent.

Do people still use briefcases Last time I had one was in my driver inspector days to carry around the reams of paper that had to be filled in following a driver assessment . . . . probably all done on a iPad or similar now.

Been warm enough to do a bit in the garden this afternoon. Lot of Sedum popping up all over the place bugging me, I was going to pull them a while ago but me other half said leave them . . . . well she isn't here so I decided . . . . Sedum . . . . s0d'em! "Oh I forgot you said to leave them"
