If you mean can you watch the laptop screen output on a tv basically yes.

If the tv is a modern or lcd one that has the VGA connection, similar to what you should see on the side of your laptop. You would need a VGA cable to connect them. I think it's the F7 key that changes the output over once you've connected.

Hope it's a help.

Cheers
Jim

I just run a cable from the video out of my laptop to the TV. In my case it's a displayport plug at the laptop end and a HDMI plug at the TV end. The cable cost about a tenner IIRC. Then just set the laptop to output at whatever resolution the TV is.

It should be possible to get an appropriate cable/adaptor for whatever kinds of output/input sockets you've got. What video out socket has the Toshiba got, and what inputs has the TV in question got?

it just wil plug in to the bit socket via a lead ,the tv should have a pc socket at the back.i have mine rigging to my 46 inch tv ad hooked up to my stero, wow what a sound with my 6 speakers in the front room,
if the tv aint got a pc socket then you should be able to get something to connect it as has been said ...
