Orkney Vintage Club
I thought I would share a couple of pics I took of MGs at The Orkney Vintage Club. I was particularly taken by the 1955 MG Magnette ZA. Enjoy!

That is a stunning car.
I love these old MG saloons, arguably a superior than the succeeding 'Farina' Magnette.

Yes I agree Graham, the cars are a credit to their owners. Orkney is not a kind atmosphere to try and keep anything pristine because of the amount of salt there is in the air at times, especially when it's really windy, so I am amazed that this Magnette, which has apparently spent all it's life here, is in such fantastic nick. Things tend to rust up here even when they are kept in sheds! |
