Default 75 or wanted

It's been months & l've seen a few but the urge is still there

I want an mk1 75, recently lovely mk2's have appeared on here but l know if l buy one that l'll still carry on looking for a mk1. I'd like a diesel auto preferably but would consider a 2.5 auto, a cracking manual might also suit me. A saloon only as it's the rear flanks that float my boat.

I might also consider a ZT of any age but again, diesel or 2.5.

Many thanks.

I have a diesel auto for sale 75. It's Typhoon in colour but needs a bit of work, especially cosmetically.

No offence intended, but I work at a hospital and am time strapped right now, if you have something that might interest me then please pm with full details/price & I will get back to you.

Bit more info, I live near LBA airport so don't want to travel to Torquay or Aberdeen and my budget is £2000 (ish) but I'd like to spend less. I don't mind dings/scruffiness/faults but do not want a car needing significant repairs/investment, I already have 92 MX5 for that.......

Still looking & waiting.

If it helps....my budget for an auto/leather mk1 is £2/2200, but if the right condition but lesser spec manual came up, then £1500. Must be mk1 & saloon only. Am looking to buy, use most days (bar Jan/Feb) for my short commute and looking to keep it on the road for years.

It's been a long time but I finally have the "right" car, a Mk1 3 door Rav4, 2000 final edition (special alloys & trim) low owners & 90k. With moving bikes & stuff about I think it's the right choice, a 75 will come in 3/4 years when I am retired.

There are not many Rav4 mk1's for sale and the "right" ones are commanding strong to silly money. This will happen to 75's too, it won't be long before the "right" cars are outnumbered by the searchers.
