High pitch whine

I sometimes get a high pitched whine when slowing down with or without brakes, or coming to a stop. I was thinking wheel bearing, but it only does it occasionally. Id of thought it would of done it all the time if it was the wheel bearing?

A split in the Intercooler/turbo hose ? Just a thought
