Once the catch has been released you'll find it's better to extract the head unit if you 'ease' it out a liitle at a time, alternating the right side and then the left etc. - just a couple of times each side and it should then just pull straight out.

Done.
Removed it today all because of that small screw behind the control knob. Now I need to fit it to my wife’s 75.
