Can anyone tell me what I need to replace I keep getting this fault coming up on the car thanks andy

Normally your Eml will be lit with this fault. It may be your catalytic converter is FUBAR. Hopefully just the o2 sensor though.

This fault is often down to having a non genuine cat fitted or yours is on its way out
