They both hurried back to see me and he was minded to agree with her diagnosis but almost as an afterthought he asked, after he coughed, "how long is it since you last went?"

I thought it was a blimming stupid question for him to ask as I sat there convulsing in pain but he was adamant that I try to recall and guess what ... he was bang on the money as it turned out. I had never known the like of it and I thought initially that they were having a laugh ... which they probably were or did afterwards lol. But after an embarrassing failure with a suppository and a doubly embarrassing success with an enema I literally sprang out of the practice feeling zillions lighter, pain free and with a spring in my step that I had never known before.
Definitely not that , cant go into detail obviously, but never had problems with that before.

If me and Phil can go in to detail then why not anyone?

Just be sure to stand well downwind of everyone on the site if you venture to do so.

Heavy train, wet rail, poor driving technique! Anti slip on a 37 was basic, if wheelslip is detected it reduces the fuel supply, wheelslip stops fuel supply resumes, slips again unless the driver reduces power and keeps adjusting the power. Will keep slipping unless the driver tries being less ham fisted

I was on a Grange Class last night on the fish wagons run euuuwwww! and left the "Sander" on by mistake it was a Winter scenario and they docked me a ton o points

The Class 68 Loco add on I bought has a thrash mode and the exhaust plumes are just like that one.

Morning men - I wish this threatened warmer weather would get a move on and arrive. We're sunny, bright - but flamin' freezin' again this morning up here.
I had my caravan valeted yesterday - inside and out. Really impressed by the mobile guys who did it. Inside, everything was cleaned, hoovered and dusted, and all the windows & skylights cleaned and polished.
Outside, it got a wash down with cleansing agent to get rid of any remnants of previous polish and soften other dirt. All the black streaks down the sides and green algae on the roof were removed, then snow foamed with a low pressure washer. Rinsed off, all hand dried and finally a coat of polish applied. It fair gleams!
All of that cost me £130 - a bit of a pain on the wallet, but better than a pain in my back from attempting to do it myself
