Evening all, There's been light showers all day here, I've been dahn sarf in Eastbourne on the East coastway Brighton-Eastbourne.

Third time lucky completing this scenario Apparently I don't know my left from my right & kept shunting the train into the wrong sidings after setting the points wrong when I came out of the train wash

Cooler today but still dry here in Weymouth and in desperate need of some rain, yesterdays was so light you could walk outside and dodge the rain drops..
Aching arms this evening having spent the day washing the caravan then giving the whole van including the roof (all 5 metres of it) a coat of Bilt Hamber wax..
Nice big dish of homemade veg curry for tea with homegrown rhubarb with crumble topping for pud..
Cheers Ian

Morning all, what’s everyone up to?

British Airways sent an email last night about flying. I usually have a low fat and low cholesterol diet on their flights. In future there will be no special diets, instead I am to make my own arrangements and take the food etc onto the plane. Apparently this is to stop passengers making any contact with their staff on board, no touching and wearing of face masks is compulsory.

It’s a sunny start to the day, 25C is forecast

Morning Phil, morning all

I don’t envy you, having to wear a face mask on a long flight home!

Today is day three of being back to work......There has been a little bit of rain during the night and it is noticeably cooler.

Glad to be back working, even if it is just the three days a week at the moment. It’s a start, hopefully things will slowly keep on improving for everyone and the world at large
