I thought I was bad.!! I could maybe eat 4 in a whole day but not 6. You want to be careful you don't become diabetic. You are the right age for it, I thought I could get away with it because I get alot of exercise through work, but it gave me a nip in the butt last year with a diabetic scare. I was right on the borderline so I immediately cut out all chocolate, biscuits and sweet stuff, started doing more p e, drinking more water, so when I went for follow up blood test it was normal. I am conscious of creeping up to excess again, so going to start reducing chocolate intake again.

Good morning all, what’s everyone up?
I can see a few stuffing themselves with creme eggs and chocolate. It’s sold out here in a lot of supermarkets, I guess it’s comfort eating clearing the shelves. We start the day with a power cut, following a night of heavy rains. Fortunately we have a gas supply for cooking and being at high altitude (6,000’) it’s very quick to boil a kettle |

Morning Phil, a nice day in prospect here, the sun has made an appearance following yesterday’s dullness.

The world record for creme egg eating is 50 in 6 min 15 seconds.
I must try harder...

Not a bad morning here either.
I’ve slept in this morning, not that it matters. Must go over to the house today & take some curtains down & stuff, they’re coming to rip some ceilings out this next week |
