Central locking.
For years now my car (75 Diesel Mk 1) the central locking has operated like this :- One press the drivers door unlocks, Second press the other doors unlock.
Now, one press there is a clunk and the drivers door does not unlock, second press all the doors unlock. Is it just a lazy door lock on the drivers door ? or something else

Sounds like a lazy actuator. I've got one rear door that opens on the second button press but all the others open on the first.

If it actually clunks then it's trying to open.--The fact that it unlocks the second time means nothing is broken.--Could be little bit of wear causing the problem or maybe just lack of lubricant.--
