Default Aerial placement

Hi all,i have a MG ZT 2l diesel 2005 and i am replacing the single unit with a 2 din model that has DAB+ Radio and other goodies.
Now i have had DAB+ radios in the past and have found out that the window stick on aerial is not that very good and it can loose reception in certain places, which is why i intend to fit either a roof mounted aerial or a body mounted unit.
The question is where is the best place to mount one? Front wings,Rear wings or Roof.

Fitted mine on the roof above the rear courtesy light. it's good for access and doesn't look out of place, most cars have them in this position.

As above.I have a roof mounted amplified shark fin fitted above the courtesy light.I found that dab+ reception was not stable under some conditions and with weaker stations with a screen aeriel.

Have a look HERE

Just to add, I actually drilled the roof rather than fit a 'mag mount'. Aerial is a powered one and works great. Glad I switched to a DAB+ radio, the FM stations around here are few and keep fading out.
