Done my fair share of "holiday" cover. Thanks to all those who are looking after us at these times. It is appreciated.

Mrs Simondi is a charge nurse at the Ayrshire Hospice, on a 12 hour shift yesterday.
A busy day for her, one of the patients is a young woman with three children - - this will be their last Christmas together sadly. Looking at the photos the staff really lived up to the Hospice strap line of Making Today Matter.

Well done to all who have to work over Christmas and indeed over Hogmanay. The work done is very much appreciated

Well Christmas day was spent removing the water pump, I couldn't fit the replacement as the thermostat gasket was looking a little worse for wear!
