Default inside the rear arm rest

Can anyone advise what was originally intended (eg on higher spec models?) to go here?
I can see that there is a pen holder, but what about the other rectangular and circular mouldings?

for the rear armrest, is there a source for the "astrays" and walnut in-lay?
Did not see it on Simons list
