![]() Promised myself that one day I will go to a F1 Grand Prix. if nothing else for the atmosphere and the noise. Went to the BTCC year before last at Silverstone the racing was great but it just isn't the same, probably because they only use the short track which was extremely disappointing. If you go to Silverstone just for the experience you have to stop in the snoozeboxes overnight within the track, it's just magic. To go to the English F1 however with travelling, hotels and decent tickets is not cheap.
Well I have decided that it will be this year I get to See F1 live. We have just booked a week in Spain for Wife and I from 12th May, around Barcelona way ![]() ![]()

![]() I watched the DTM at the Circuit de Catalunya when Paul Di Resta won. Its a great circuit with brilliant atmosphere. The Spanish just love their motor sport.

![]() I have been a few times, my most memorable time was when we saw Micheal Schumacher win in the rain, me and my son where in shorts and flip flops and we would have given 20 quid for a black bag.(to keep the torrential rain off)
