Lol!!! It's a great car Bob, I'm sure it will make a fantastic ownership experience for the lucky he/she that buys it.
Bed of luck with the sale

Be reasonable with your ebay reserve.
If you let it go to auction you will end up getting less than your ebay reserve. Good luck though. These cars should be kept in the enthusiast circle.

So far 853 views, 92 watching and 14 bids. Here's hoping.

Hope you don't mind me making a friendly suggestion about your ad. Personally I wouldn't put the part about your other MG's because a prospective buyer may think that you are selling the worst of the three, and possibly the 9 mpg part may put some people off!
Good luck with the sale, it looks gorgeous |

Gobsmacked by the final bid Bob. Thought it would make £5800 - £6200 to be honest.
So what does the future hold for BlueThunder

Now re-listed. If not sold then I will have to put the car into auction. Been trying to give members on here chance to aquire a nice motor. But so far no serious interest.

Can you keep hold of it and wait for a proper sale?
The problem with these cars is the audience for them is small. Even though it's the V8 it's still an MG in many peoples eyes. Joe Bloggs with £5000-6000 to spend isn't going to consider one of these when a better performing BMW/VW/Audi is available in the same budget. You'll find the right buyer eventually. If you let it go to an auction you'll get £3,000 for it and the buyer will have it on their forecourt for £6,000 and will wait for the willing buyer.
