Default T plate rover 75

I wonder if anyone can shed any light on this, i keep seeing a Rover 75 in arden green wondering around just outside Burton on Trent

I dont have the reg on me right now, however when i placed in into MOT checker it showed a T plate registered 31.12.1999 surely thats a V reg?
has good history, i think this could be a early development car , i am sure the reg was something like T574 DJW , don't have it on me currently

however something a miss here, can anyone shed any light on it?

The early cars were "S" plates, "T" were quite rare https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...ad.php?t=48885

Are you sure it's Arden green or Atlantic blue?

You can put an older registration plate on a car, my 2004 model has an “R registration.

definitely arden green, and bullet mirrors and torpedos and boot badge, its a real early one registered as a T plate, however december 1999.
which was a V reg era, so this car, is an early, will try to track it down, and get the chassis number
