Default Drivers door lock issue

Recently becoming the owner of a facelift 2004 75, the drivers door has ceased to open from outside. The central locking unlocks but door handle isn't connecting to the lock. A solution would be most welcome.

Yep, taken the card off, no problem thanks to the threads on here, but can't see anything amiss, but then again I'm not sure what it should look like.

If its not come apart it may have stripped the thread inside the plastic clamp, it may need opening up and the thread moved up/down which ever to get it to work form the handle on the out side of the car.
