Default why ??!!

Why
Mindless jealous neighbors have just done this to my prized Raven Black 75, I can't prove it but we all in our cul de sac know who is responsible, yet we cannot prove it, sadly I was not parked in my usual spot covered by our cctv
this is the second time she has attacked this car, first the front passenger door, which we flattened sprayed and polished out, we had a threat a short time ago to slash our tyres, now this, why ??!!
we don't have anything to do with this person, we share pleasantries like you do, but no more than that, we keep ourselves to ourselves and quietly go about our business disturbing no one
we have hearts of gold and would help anyone if asked, so why the jealous actions on my car ??!!
Don't get me wrong, we are not alone, another neighbors car had the rear quarter panel scratched in the same way on their four by four
the rest of the residence are utterly fed up with this curtain twitching snitch who takes great delight in calling any of the authorities at the drop of a hat.
karma, what goes around ... which is why I live my life the way I do ... but others don't have the same ethics.
We all work hard for what we have, it is a struggle for us all, no matter what they perceive they see, ie, we are doing no better (perhaps worse) than they are.

Not proud to call my self a Yorkshireman when you see that happen in our part of the world, One can only suggest that Jelousy is a sad illness that some people suffer from.

Looking at the damage it would appear the only way to repair that is to repaint the panel.

Mine is no where near perfect and I would not be happy if that happened to my car, with the obvious finish on yours it is a thing that is pampered. You cannot be a happy man at the moment.

Pondlife, thats what they are and thats being kind to them too.

So sorry to see that mess they've made of your car Mac. There's no excuse for behaviour like that whatsoever.

Like Dave said above, that looks like a respray. Failing that, maybe worth giving Chipsaway a call.

Quite sickening Mac. I hope it doesn't cost too much to repair.
Bitter and twisted to cause that sort of criminal damage. Hope you or one of your neighbours catches it in the act.

That's just sickening. Death is too good for some people.

Hope that it doesn't cost you too much to put right

I feel for you mate. What do these people get off on? I usually spend a few hours thinking up various medieval forms of torture I'd like to inflict on their sorry ass. (Don't do it though)

Sign of the times I'm afraid, some lowlife pulled the door mirror off one of my cars recently, happened between 7:30pm and 8:00pm. Parked right outside my house. Wish I'd caught them.

I'm really sorry to see this happen.

some people are just scum.

my car is not perfect by any means but I would be gutted to see this happen and even if you aclaimed on the insurance you loose your no claims and have to pay the excess.

Have you called the Police?

Even though they will not be able to do much it is important to report it.

I am so sorry to see what they have done, that is an dispeakable thing to do, I would personally report it to the police in the first instance as it is vandalism, and it does contribute to the local crime stats, then will claim on the insurance.
I know it is no consulation, but these low life should be ashamed of themselves, plain jealousy no doubt.
