a quote from christ on org

EBC changed the compound and construction of their Green Stuff pads about 18 months ago and made the mistake of not making it obvious by changing the name. The old compound wasn’t very good and I am sure this is where Green Stuff got its reputation for being about the same as the OEM pads.

I would have to be persuaded very hard to change from Green Stuff they are ideal for me. They are extremely consistent from frozen in the middle of January or traversing a Welsh mountainside on one of the hottest days of the year. They are very happy do the stop-start motoring that I do in the week and will rapidly slow the car at speed on a weekend blast.

so hopefully they might be ok

Yaeh, they keep you in good supply of tea and coffee and you will have a good laugh, I was shocked to see them do my Cam belt on my 2.5 V6 in under 3 hours also in that time they drained the oil and removed some of the plugs, they are good lads and seeing them in action is believing. Great day out Chilljohn and let us know how you get on.
