The reason I say that is because the water flow and return both attach to the heater matrix on the drivers side and for cars with ATC there are left and right pic ups for heated air to go to the left and right of the car if the matrix is partially blocked the symptoms are a cold or colder passenger side

Thanks Keith. I'll double check with a thermometer tonight.
I'll probably flush the system this weekend. Only had the car 3 months, no idea when/if ever flushed, so I'll feel better for it. A few people have mentioned refilling with a vacuum refill. Is this absolutely necesary, or can I just refill manually like on my old B? |

If the matrix is bunged up I think it is a take it out and blast it with a hose type exercise
As for refilling I wouldn't risk it without the proper tools some people seem to get away with it but is it worth the risk of an airlock If you do give it a go measure what comes out pre mix what is going back in and don't stop till you get it all in |
