ZT190 2.5V6 Flashing lights!!!!!
Morning everyone, I experienced something strange last light..........no not that! Whilst driving home through the Essex countryside I noticed that the dash illumination was flashing. Being a cold damp night I had everything switched on ie: heater blower, a/c & heated rear window.......however when I switched the heater fan off the pulsating dash illumination stopped
Any ideas? |

Hi, was it clearly flashing, like on and off, or was it more sort of pulsating (like dimming a bit)?

Usually lights going haywire can be a sign of a low battery or signs that the ECU has got wet. This will lead me to ask the obvious: Have you checked your battery and plenums recently?

Also the obvious - did it pulsate as you rev'd and braked? I'd guess dicky battery.
