Hi Steve, I enjoyed the video on the other thread, thank you The expandable briefcase in leather, has now gone to a former member, who saw it and said he will have it When I worked in deportations of foreign nationals, I had to carry UK Border Agency custody notices signed by HM Immigration. Things like that can't be accepted electronically, it had to be in paper. Maybe its the same legalities for the railways, you know how some people love having certificates

Morning, back's nagging a bit after gardening yesterday. Pops has just been on squirrel patrol again! Get a squirrel visiting the bird seed feeders, it can't get at the feeders themselves, goes for the scraps etc on the ground but Pops hates it, chases it.

Just had a new visitor at the feeder, a Nuthatch. First time I've seen one here.

Good morning all, good morning Steve. Yesterday, I was reading about the many uses of WD40. One use is to spray the centre pole of the bird seed feeders with it to stop the cat climbing up. Another use is to spray the toilet bowl, as the WD40 improves poop flow and stops it from sticking to the bowl. Spray the shoes with WD40 for waterproofing. Maybe you have other uses

I ordered a new soldering iron kit to replace my old one, It arrived yesterday. looks like I'll be using it today as my missus keeps pulling the wires out of those solar lights when she takes the battery out to recharge them.

LOL You have to shake your head at some people! they're replacing the road surface at the end of the street, they put road closure signs out three days ago to warn people.

There's been over a dozen cars that ignored them in the last two hours and had to back up all the way down the street again

Some people cant seem to see further then the end of their bonnet

By heck! that looks tasty Jeff
I've finished my soldering jobs on the solar lights & was about to mow the front two lawns but It's started throwing it down now.

I think I'll start preparing tonight's tea which will be roast sweet potato slices (cut with me corrugated chopper I'll have you know )

Haddock in a parsley sauce with cauliflower & broccoli.
