Default Attempted theft!

A month after my son's car had the rear quarterlight smashed in an attempt to break into his car, someone's had a go at my ZT. Fortunately the damage is minor. They've crow-bared the division bar between the sliding window and the quarterlight, and when they couldn't get in they just pinched the chequered flag badge, probably out of spite.

The badges are readily available on eBay, but I'm wondering how difficult it's going to be to get a new division bar.

Try Les at SMC, I think he had some recently, although that may have been the B pillar covers (IIRC)??

Anyway, always worth checking with Les in case.

sorry about the damage to your car. i have always wondered what these appologies to the human race think when they (perhaps) manage to save? up enough money to buy themselves something, get it damaged or stolen.
hope if they manage to get a vehicle for themselves, they have four punctures when they are miles from home.

Anyone breaking a 75 or ZT should be able to supply the part if Les can't.

I've spoken to Les and he's come up trumps again. I really can't commend him enough.
