Air pressure loss not Rover
According to some instructions I have, a 9mm bore hose over 10 meters will lose 0.6 bar of pressure.
What will a 20mm bore hose over 20 meters lose? I ask so I can take the loss into account when setting my regulator just past the compressor. thank you macafee2 |

In my view, a lot will depend on the flow rate. A closed end will show no pressure drop, open end with no restriction will be another matter.

That question has no answer unless it is known what you are going to use the pressure on.

You won't get a power drop with a 20 mm hose unless you are going to use a GIGANTIC power tool.----
Just set your gauge at the tools rated power requirement. PS. You could use a road jack hammer with a 20 mm hose---- |

Probably quite straightforward if you know what they were taking about!
