As to the CPS situation, when given circumstances where evidence appears to prove a case, they have to present it to the Courts, and it is the Judiciary who decide the outcome.
I agree with every point and if the CSPS had not moved forward on the evidence and it occurred again they’d have been in the wrong. All very well for us to sit in judgment of their actions but there is a procedure to follow

Ferrari is right. There was no, what is nowadays called, bullying. There was media interest, and once again the ever present social media influence, in personalities and events surrounding.

It was a tragedy, but to apportion blame with accusations of bullying by 'the media' is entirely to overlook the events leading to her demise. It used to be called "while the balance of (her) mind was disturbed" which can mean anything, even a headache, and is now apparently within the term "mental health". Another example of Newspeak giving a more blunt and not-quite-accurate social misnomer to a gentle and considerate term.

Did she hang herself? It says in reports that a friend who was staying with her to keep an eye on her, popped out to a shop and she was dead when she returned a short time later. A horrible way to go if so, and awful for the person who discovers it.
