I too succumbed to this when we moved to Portugal in 2009, just could not bear to leave my ZT-T back in Scotland, just had to take it with me, and it still shows me how much it loves me...

I've only had my ZT190 for 8 months but find myself looking at V8s and ZT-Ts online.
Fortunately they are all very far away for me as I have no more room, money or spousal approval!

Default Disease

I believe the condition is called Roveritus - I also have it badly, also keep looking and wish I had the room for another.

Last summer I had the use of Rover 75 diesel tourer for 2 weeks. I had never driven one before and what a revelation it was. A positive and enjoyable experience. The next thing which I have never done, is to drive a V8 or go for a jolly in one.

The real test for surviving the virus, is to see how life goes on without any MG Rover Car. I did it once and after a few years of Citroen, Hyundai and Mazda ownership, I ditched those for an MGF, TF and a 75.

Once smitten

lol. This explains why I bought Rick-Sta's ZT-T 190 when I didn't need it and still keep looking at others on eBay!

I had two but sold one regret doing that now.

So I have been looking as well, even been looking at BMW's, I do like them especially the 528i's and 535i's, but mustn't.

Instead I have been looking at much older MG's for example the Magnette and the MGC and thinking do I or not!

But first I have to clear my garage as that is chocked full.

I am resisting this disease. Now at nearly 1k miles si CE I put the Conny 75 Tourer facelift back on the road after leaving it in the garage compound for about 18 months. What an idiot!
I too find myself browsing the internet and coveting a ZTT Tourer like the one I saw on the A1 heading to father in law's funeral last Wednesday.

The CDTi is th best car I've had. Now at over 70k since I bought it.

Only going again thanks to the help on this forum.
