Fingers crossed for this, it's the #1 part that's needed (in my opinion) across the MGR board right now.

I'm very interested but judging by what I've read here I don't think this is meant as a cheap alternative, the talk of throttle bodies and custom mapping will put this beyond the cost of a new manifold.

Hopefully someone will be along to tell me I'm wrong, I'm guessing the company that objected to the last patent was Jenvey, now that could just be for prototyping but those throttle bodies aren't cheap. A remap is about £300-£500 although with the T4 it may be possible to supply a base map if they have that ability.

If I was to guess I'd be thinking around £1000, I'm no engineer though so maybe I'm way off the mark.

This sounds very interesting if it is TB, inlet manifold and a remap. At last a decent performance mod for the V6. Does anyone close to the engineer doing this have any figures for torque and horses.

Not sure I get the designers thought of take your time and it will pay back. There are less and less of this V6 marque around each year although I suspect it will be aimed at enthusiasts

I’m not sure on torque but he has said a 25bhp increase.
He has several big firms wanting to buy it hence the issues with patents as he’s designed everything himself from scratch, even the 3D oxygen sensors.

The system does away with the VIS hence why it requires custom mapping etc.

It is happening, no doubt about that

Thanks mate.

Sounds like the ideal thing for the 190. I suppose prices will be the next thing

Can the mgr ECU be mapped or does it need a standalone or piggyback replacement?

MGR EMS2000 can certainly be mapped.

Recently had a ZS180 running 216 with 270 cams and Janspeed manifolds

Or even help try and recover the lost poke when the manifolds get gutted, as per the attached image
